In this world of dangerous viruses, vaccinations are medicine’s way of keeping you safe and healthy, but there is still work to do on your part. Today, the vaccine du jour is the Covid19 vaccine and to put it right out there....I got both of my shots (Pfizer - with no side effects other than a sore arm) over the last 30 days..but don’t get it twisted, I still have to follow all the other safety protocols (mask wearing, safe distances from those who don’t live with me) in order to stay safe. But know this...The ultimate vaccination is the blood of Christ. Christ died on the cross for our sins, which was the ultimate sacrifice and one thing that has allowed us to be in a right relationship with God...but we still have to do our part. We must accept God as our Lord and Savior! God also asks us to follow His commands - Love the Lord with all our hearts And love our neighbors, for we can’t truly love God without loving those around us...especially those He calls the least of these. During this Lenten season think about the Ultimate Vaccine and our role that God has called us to play. Give and it will be given unto you, good measure, pressed down and running over into your lap.
